Assam Public Service Commission, APSC has recently released a notification for the recruitment of eligible candidates for the Medical Officer post to fill up vacant posts. Candidates, if interested, can apply for this post through the application format prescribed. Candidates must be between 21 years and 38 years as on o1st January, '13 to apply for above post. Age Relaxations will be extended. Candidates must have Degree in BAMS from any of the recognized universities along with registration in Council of Indian Medicine. Selection process involves Screening Test, Written Exam and Interview. Candidates are supposed to pay Rs. 5 as application fee and SC/ST candidates are supposed to pay Rs. 2.50. This can be paid to account non tax revenue 0051 PSC, 102 State Public Service Commission Exam or Application Fee Receipt.
